Customer support improved process

To continue improving our support and response time for customer input, Weldindustry has implemented a new process for reporting issues (faults, asking questions and reporting improvements).

Customer who wants to report an issue will now be able to do this by using the new form found on our web site www.weldindustry.com. Go to the Support page (link in upper right corner) and you will be taken to the form.

When submitting this form, your request will automatically be entered into our internal issue tracking system and given a unique  issue id.

You will receive the unique issue id on your email for your submitted report as a reference.

You will need this reference when contacting personnel at Weldindustry for further processing.

All submitted issues will be filtered by Weldindustry personnel and handled according to severity level, importance and agreement as described in your official Application Support Contract.

You can at any given time check the status on your query by inserting the issue id in the form. You will then see the latest status on your issue.

In order to ensure our customers the best possible support, you will have to submit an issue and get a unique issue id before being able to contact Weldindustry personnel directly.
