Success at FABTECH International & AWS Welding Show

Weldindustry participated at this years FABTECH show in Chicago November 15-18 2009. This was an exiting show and considered as a success, says Tore Haukanes, CEO of Weldindustry AS. We have planned the FABTECH show for the last 6 month and put a lot of effort into our preparation. This is our first big step in order to gain more marked share in the US market. So far I am confident that our product will gain acceptance in US Market as it has done already in Europe.

Our recently acquired contract with Edison Welding Institute is a first-class reference customer to achieve our goal of a strong foothold in US market..

3 persons participated from Weldindustry to answer questions and explain how we have solved the challenge on process control and documentation of welding production through WeldEye® quality system.

It was very motivating for us to participate in this show since it gives us a good understanding of the market players and to see how they all have chosen to solve documentation requirements during production.

We got a lot of new and interesting leads which we are now following up and we are planning a constant stream of demonstrations of our WeldEye® product for the coming weeks.

We have already booked a stand for next year FABTECH, and we are looking forward to participate with an even stronger market share.
